Taiwanese famous foods

There are lots of delicious foods in Taiwan. If you have chance to visit my country, you have to try those food.

1.Steamed pork dumplings.
The more folds a steam dumping has the better the wrapping tastes. More folds however means more effort from the chef! In pursuit of the ultimate steamed dumpling, DinTaiFung sets the standard at an amazing 18 folds! The steam dumplings must not only be delicate pockets full of juice and filling that melt on the tongue – each must be full, upright and of the right size! This is something that only experienced chefs can deliver!

2.Braised Beef Noodles

The ribs and tendons of premium Taiwanese yellow beef are braised with our own special recipe. The result is tender and delicious smelling beef served in a soup made from beef bones and tomatoes stewed together.

3.Steamed mashed taro buns ~sweet

A size smaller than steamed dumplings, the thin wrapping is filled with yam paste. There’s none of that over-sweet yam paste with too much sugar added – just 100% steamed and pureed yam. Each bite is like a visit to a garden filled with fragrant yams.
